Gardenia

Full double, white cultivar with the occasional yellow stamen visible in the center of the large blooms. Flowering for this one usually starts off blush, and this can remain for a quite long time during dark and wet flowering seasons. 'Gardenia' is named after the genus to which the flower form is very comparable to. Very many sidebuds, providing an optional prolonged blooming season. Dark green and fairly coarse leaflets on thick red-tinted stems, combined with a relatively low plant habit make 'Gardenia' the stout peony she is. Like many of the Lins' peonies: A masterpiece!

Available in June-July as a cut flowers.
