Officinalis 'Rosea Plena'

Brilliant full double pink flowers. During blooming the flower colour fades to a lighter pink and slowly but surely the carpels become visible. This pink edition of the "Memorial Day Peony" or "Cottage Peony" is an ancient variety, but unfortunately without any reliable records regarding her origin. Rosea Plena owes her durability to the very early flowering time, the gorgeous flowers and the sturdy plant habit.

It is available as a cut flowers in early May.
